Strategic Planning is an instructional approach on how to conduct a rolling 2-year strategic planning workshop with your board and review every major aspect of your organization. You will establish the priorities that have the greatest impact in the short term and long term.
What is it?
The program helps Concert Association affiliates evaluate major organizational aspects including active board members, bylaws, marketing initiatives, and sponsorship maximization.
When did it start?
Since 2009, VP of Operations Lou Spoltore and area representatives have facilitated strategic planning workshops nationwide, helping associations develop customized growth plans.
How does it work?
Contact an area representative, complete a questionnaire, and submit it to the national office for customized guidance.
